"In the Hof van Beatrijs ballroom in Lier, the title of SME of the Year 2021 was awarded by Unizo Provincie Antwerpen. The Promising SME of the Year from our province was also honoured. After a thorough analysis and screening of all submitted files, the jury chose three finalists in each category. In the end, GS Technology from Essen can call itself the Promising SME of the Year 2021. The title SME of the Year 2021 goes to PFL from Beerse."

"Since November, twenty 3D printers have been running at full speed in a warehouse in the Postbaan in Essen. Born and bred Essen resident Gianni Scoponi (24) founded GS Technology three years ago and is now the only one in the Antwerp region who specialises in industrial printing in 3D. From bottle caps to controllers: Gianni (24) prints his own dream in 3D

"Gianni Scoponi is 24 and always wanted to start his own business from the beginning of his studies. Three years ago he started in his own living room with three small 3D printers, but soon he felt the itch to do it bigger.
